Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If there’s any problem with your order, contact us!(Within 30 days of your order!) and we’ll be happy to help out!

Do note: We’re extremely new to this and will make mistakes, but we’ll do all that we can to make sure the customer experience is the best. Just know that it is possible for us to not be able to help.

  • If we made a mistake with your order, we’ll make sure to fix your order and make sure it doesn’t happen again! Simply contact us and we’ll do all we can.
  • If you made a mistake when you ordered (wrong size, changed your mind, wrong address, etc) we cannot help much but you’re free to contact us about it.
  • We do not offer exchanges at the moment.

General Shipping Notes

  • We are based out of Canada but our products are shipped by our suppliers elsewhere who have their own shipping scheduals but all shipping dates are given upon orders, if not then the standard 7 days applies.
  • ToonyShop may close on holidays, and other rare occasions. We may post a notice on our website if any issues arrise related to our shipping.
  • If an order is ‘return to sender’, we’ll attempt to contact the customer about it, sadly it is possible no refund will be issued but if you have not received your order in more than 2 weeks please contact us .
  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, and we do not offer refunds for shipping fees if packages are delivered later than expected. Any option labeled “Next Day” or “2nd Day” simply refers to the exact name of a service provided by a carrier and not a delivery guarantee. Sadly we do not always offer express shipping.

Coupon Codes

We currently do not offer Coupon Codes but we may in the future. They would not be applicable on shipping though if we were to offer them in the future.

Shipping Discounts

We currently do not offer Shipping Discounts, we may offer Shipping Discounts in the future.

Split Shipping

  • If an order contains a products which are shipped by different suppliers the shipping will be calculated upon the items.

Do note due to our usage of multiple suppliers shipping may end up being often split-shipped. If you’ve got any questions or concerns please contact us .

Inventory and Oversells

These cases should not happen often if at all but if it happens we’ll contact you and offer a refund.


A lot of our products are machine-made and it’s common for small things to be out of place. Here’s a non-exhaustive list of things that you shouldn’t be too surprised to find:

  • Flecks and minor variations in the print.
  • Variations in the fabric color. Sometimes sizes may variate, we use a few different brands.
  • Stray shirt threads.
  • Gaps or buildup in the ink when printed on/around seams.
  • Faint chemical smell. This is a result of the discharge printing inks — it’s gone after the first wash.
  • Small spots of discoloration or dust on the shirt. This is usually from the printing press and, like everything, generally washes right out.
  • Two different shirts of the same size being slightly larger or smaller than each other.
  • Slightly bent/worn edges on posters. We do our best to keep them clean, but shipping can be a little rough.
  • Minor chips or spots on products such as mugs (Although if they do ship with a chip you may want to contact us ).

Please keep this in mind as we can’t guarantee 100% of our products to be perfect but we’ll do our best to remedy the situations if the products are defective!


  • ToonyShop reserves the right to update and change this Shipping / Return Policy from time to time without notice.
  • Any written agreement, contract, or invoice supersedes these general website terms if provided.
  • Read our Privacy Policy regarding our protection of your personal data.
  • ToonyShop, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future purchases, or any other service from us, for any reason at any time, including no reason. Examples of possible reasons include:
    • Violations of this Shipping / Return Policy.
    • Violations of our Privacy Policy.
    • Chargebacks.
    • Fraud and other illegal acts.
    • Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any ToonyShop customer, partner, employee, member, or officer.
  • Where applicable, we may not provide a full refund for suspended or terminated accounts or orders. For example, if we rendered some non-refundable services or products to you.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your optional account and password on ToonyShop. ToonyShop cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • The failure of ToonyShop to exercise or enforce any provision of this Shipping / Return Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such provision. No waiver by ToonyShop of any breach of this Shipping / Return Policy shall be a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach. No waiver by ToonyShop of any provision under this Shipping / Return Policy shall be construed as a waiver of any other provision. Unless otherwise stated, a waiver by ToonyShop of any provision of this Shipping / Return Policy shall only be on a per-order basis, and the full Shipping / Return Policy shall be enforced for any preceding or subsequent order.


To make sure not to violate any laws we will require any customer who has to pay sales tax to pay them.
